The teacher claims she told her husband that the boy she was accused of abusing was “stalker”

When the police confronted formal about the notes on her phone, she said it was an outlet for her anxiety and all references to sexual activity referred to her husband, according to the court’s submission.

The notification says that formal claims that the texts found were sent by the victim himself after she claimed he took her phone in the class and then deleted the messages on her phone while saving them on his for “blackmail.”
