An open marriage pact led Teddy Altman (Kim Raver) and owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) down different roads.
On the 3 April section of Gray’s AnatomyTeddy crossed roads with Cass Beckman (Sophia Bush) at a medical conference. Cass then offered to help with Miranda Bailey’s (Chandra Wilson) Presentation on training of OB/Gyn residents from states with an abortion ban. She called the program “A Lighthouse Jump for Hope” during these times, which impressed Teddy.

After Teddy told Cass that she “saved the day”, the couple shared another moment and Teddy asked, “Do you want to skip the afternoon lectures?”
“You said you would know when I’ve figured it out and I’ve figured it out,” she said about the couple’s growing attraction, just before they were interrupted by Bailey.
Later the couple started joining, but Teddy pumped the brakes and said, “I feel that I cheat on my husband. Is that as it felt when you first opened your marriage?”
“Our marriage suffocated us, to be with someone else felt like finally breathing fresh air,” replied Cass.
Teddy broke into tears and admitted, “This will not fix my marriage. I’m so sorry.”
Owen took another attitude to their open marriage pact when his childhood friend Nora (Floriana Lima) returned to Gray Sloan Memorial with his pregnant friend Liz, who was crazy about making last minute preparation for their reunion of high school.
Nora questioned whether she should have taken Liz to another hospital after she previously tried to kiss Owen, but he called it an “above board” visit.
While the doctors could help Liz, they insisted that she still needed to rest and she told Nora to go in place to make sure the reunion went without problems.

Owen offered to go with her and revealed, “We have agreed that we can see other people.”
Later, Teddy Owen texted but he did not answer when he joined Nora.
After resuming their relationship, benzon “blue” kwans (Harry Shum Jr.) ex-bracket Molly (Dianne Doan) Prepared to undergo an experimental operation that would hopefully let her regain her memories.
Blue continued to have reservations about the operation and he confronted Molly’s boyfriend Dave after he showed up at the hospital. However, Dave surprised him and said, “Molly has not told you everything you need to know.”

Later, he explained that Molly struggled after the accident and said, “She tried everything she could to get back her memories, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, Vietnamese herbs. Her parents said she spent everything she had, and when none of it worked, she spiraled, did not eat.
The information was a shock for blue, but he insisted, “She picked me, came over it.”
After their conversation, Blue Molly told us that the odds for the operation were “almost impossible.” He also warned Simone Griffin (Alexis Floyd) not to let Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorssone) go “overboard” during the operation and after some hesitation, she agreed to it.
During the operation, Simone and Amelia did not see eye to eye on Molly’s risk of attack. However, the patient could regain his memory when the brain was stimulated, but lost the images when it stopped. It turned out that her memory was not blue by Dave, but he insisted: “You don’t have to remember anything for us to have a future together.”
But he had a change in the heart when he learned that Molly had lied to him to tell his parents about the surgery and that they were back together. He said to her, “I think you know you are on a slippery slope.”
“Are you just with me because you think it can help you get your memory back?” He finally asked, to whom she replied, “I don’t know.”
Simone later apologized to Amelia for “challenging” her, but Amelia knew that Blue was in her head and warned, “Your star may be on the way up, but it’s not the same as having many years of experience with hundreds of patients. Whatever you know about the patient’s family, their loved ones, you keep it out of my or you do not go into many years.”
Nick marsh (Scott Speedman), Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.), Ben Warren (Jason George) and Lucas Adams (Niko Terho) treated a patient named Allen, who faced complications after receiving a third kidney transplant from his sister.
Allen later experienced pain and Lucas realized that a clot interrupted his blood supply and exposed the kidney. During the operation, the doctors realized that the kidneys were dead and he would have to go back to the transplant when he was in remission.

After Lucas rose in the OR, he asked Nick if it thought it was necessary for him to repeat his internship. He said: “My surgical skills are as good as my classmates, but my career will suffer because I tried to save a patient who would die anyway.”
Nick advised him to talk to Richard about advice on how to convince Catherine Fox (Debbie Allen) to reverse his decision. But Richard did not tell him what he wanted to hear and said, “When she decides something, she needs a really good reason for her to change it. And you don’t have it.”
