Tate McRae admits that gay fans are her “favorite”, reveals “whole team” is LGBTQ+

Tate McRae Love their gay fans – and are not afraid to admit it!

In an interview with Pride On Tuesday, February 25, the rising pop star, 21, opened about why her LGBTQ+ fans are her “favorite” – and revealed that her “whole team” is gay.

“They are my favorite,” McRae told the publication. “No one beats them. No one is better than them.”

Added “Sports Car” musicians: “The whole team is gay! It’s the only opinion I really want when I release music. I feel lucky that I have their opinion. We want to do the most and drive the boundaries, but that is also the most brutally honest advice.”

McRae also called her gay fans for her “number.”

“You know that as much as you go for me, I ride for you. I feel very grateful that you have in my life and surround me,” she said.

Elsewhere in the interview, Mcrae opened about who would be her dream collaboration.

“My dream is to write with SZA“The” greedy “hitmaker said to the outlet.” She is one of the coolest and best writers ever. I love her. ”

In her mind their team-up would be “a mixture of pop and r&B.”

“I would let her take the fee!” said McRae. “I just want to keep running my comfort zone. I never want to recycle and do the same things. As an artist I want to be uncomfortable and shock myself sometimes.”

“It was a really fun process because I and Laroi have never really taken each other seriously,” McRae said. “You know when you are in a relationship and you sing around each other, you don’t really sing. So it’s a bit stressful to be in the studio, sing and write in front of him, but it was a cool experience to look at him in his process.”
