Simone Bile’s next endeavor has nothing to do with gymnastics

The 2024 Summer OS may be long gone, but Simone Biles still keeps busy.

While she crowned her travels for Kentucky derby On his Instagram stories on Friday, May 2, the Olympic Athlete, 28, gave a glimpse of its next business company – a restaurant in collaboration with Playmakers Group inside George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).

“On the way to Louisville for Kentucky Derby and I finally got to see my restaurant at the airport !!!!!” She wrote a photo of herself that posed in front of the restaurant.

The picture showed that Bices proudly smiles from ear to ear when she stretched one hand in the air and the other to her side in front of a wall that said, “will soon be Simone Bile’s taste of gold.” The wall had a painted flag and silhouettes of gymnasts.

Although the new restaurant is far from the gymnastics world, its name really praises Bile’s beloved sport.

As fans remember, Biles went to Paris to compete during the summer of 2024 with seven medals and returned by four toIncluding gold in Women’s all -round and Individual vault final.

According to a press releaseTaste of Gold will “celebrate Bile’s remarkable global achievements.”

“The chef -shaped menu will contain signature food and beverage articles that are curated by the restaurant industry Innovator Mark Brezinski and created to” wow “every traveler,” the press release said.

It is currently under construction inside the IAH terminal A and will open near the Gate A8.

While the restaurant was opened during the first quarter of 2025, a new opening date has not been announced. People were enough for the Houston Airport Communications Office for comments.

“I am very excited to collaborate with the Playmakers Group and their dedicated team to help bring a new restaurant to my hometown airport,” Biles said in a press release.

“I am a food in my heart, and our hope with a taste of gold is to offer a beautiful dining experience that has award -winning, signature menu options with some of my favorite flavors that sprinkle for our guests,” her statement continued.
