Kim Sae’s cause of death has reportedly been revealed.
24-year-old Netflix star died of suicide, according to several stores including New York TimesThe Korea times and Yonhap News Agencywith reference to law enforcement.
“We think she made an extreme choice and plans to handle it as a suicide,” the police told reporters, according to the latter outlet.
The Korean National Police did not immediately respond to people’s request for comment on Monday 17 February.
Kim was found dead in his home in Seongsu-Dong, a block in eastern Seoul, South Korea, just before 17:00 local time on Sunday, February 16, Jonhap reported, with reference to the authorities.

The authorities “have not found any signs of Foul Play yet” and are currently investigating the circumstances of the star’s death, a police officer told the South Korean news agency on Sunday.
