A relative of Ashley Morton confirmed earlier to Koo 5 That the woman and her son, 7-year-old Oliver Brumley, died in the house fire. The following day, the same family member at the news station told Morton’s boyfriend, Richard Eubanks, also died in the tragedy.
In an interview with the news station, Captain Scott Douglas from Oklahoma City Fire Department said that there were “two teenage girls jumping from a second story window” and landed on a garbage while trying to escape.

“Fortunately, they are okay, they are reunited in the hospital right now,” Douglas said.
There was also a child in the home during the fire, which reportedly had “several operations with more on the road” as a result of the incident.
A Gofundme Organized by Tracy Eubank’s identified the child as Richard’s son, “Richard Jr., Alias Peanut.”
Before confirming that his father died in the house fire, his sister Tracy said that the child was taken to a hospital “for serious burns.”
“Little Peanut is in Picu and is currently doing as well as can be expected. He has the second and third degrees burns over 35% of the body. He has a long way in front of him with operations and transplants along the way, ”wrote Tracy.
“But he is a tough little guy just like his dad and has a wonderful medical team that treats him,” she continued. “My wife and I will make sure he is well taken care of from here and out, with the support of our family.”
One second Gofundme Organized by Kaylyn Hall stated that all donations “will be used to put Ashley and Ollie to rest and pay for medical bills.”

According to the neighbor, before Richard Sr.’s death, “he was in the garden and screamed for his significant others.”
Clarissa told KFor TV that she could help firefighters by using the Good Sam app, which allows video to be taken by the stage.

“We know in a crisis situation, especially if it is your house on fire, you may not give the most accurate information, but that means we can get a video link of what is happening in real time,” Captain John Chenoweth, the assistant for the public information manager with the OKC Fire Department, SA.
“We saw that this house was completely on fire even before we arrived,” which lets them know to send more devices, “Chenoweth said.
Although the cause of the fire remains during investigation, the authorities say it seems that the flames started near the sofa, KFor TV reported.
