Each couple has their own way of handling long distance when one of them is gone, from daily telephone calls to periodic text updates and facetides.
For writers and content creators David Larbi, the best way to keep his partner updated is to create a daily newsletter. In it he recalls everything he achieved that day, both big and small.
Larbi admitted in a Tiktok video that he is not a big lyrics but loves to write.
“We love to share our days in detail, but I’m not a big text, so when she’s gone I write her a newsletter at the end of the day so she can read the first thing in the morning,” he wrote on top of the clip.
While his partner is away, Larbi holds her in the loop in a newsletter which he is appropriately called “David Daily.” In the periodic parts Larbi insight into his schedule, including his completed to-do list, grocery store, daily meals, current books and television programs.
The colorful copy of “David Daily” which was shared on Tiktok included sections entitled “Shopping Bag Too Full!” “Local man complete the to-do list” and “Today’s watch (ES).” The video Went viral and collected almost 1 million views.
He also included a screenshot of him and his partner’s facetime and wrote, “My day was ornament with your beautiful face, and all that felt strange was suddenly in place.” The newsletter also allows the author to work with his writing and weave in poetry on the page.

Many commentators gush about the sweet gesture and manifested a partner who does something similar. “May this love find me,” wrote a commentator. “No David. Now you just make us all look bad,” added another.

While some noted that they loved the effort, they questioned whether it would not be easier to text. “Love this! Äk though, wouldn’t it take much less energy and time to just text back?” The comment wrote, to which another replied: “It’s much better than SMS.”
Most of the commentators were moved by this show of love and added that “if he wanted to, he would.”
