Kevin Bacon revealed that something worrying happened on the set of his film Wild things.
During a video interview with Amount Where he reflected some of his most famous lines as he marketed his new Prime video series The farmerThe Footloose actor66, reminded his dialogue from the 1998 movie before sharing a brief anecdote about how the film’s crew once found a dead body during filming.
“We were out in the swamp one night – many mosquitoes, wow – and we shot some scene, I can’t remember what it was, of a kind of river,” Bacon explained. “They had kind of floating a raft out there so they could put a light.”
“Suddenly I hear over Walkie-Talkie: ‘Hi, I think I just saw a float.’ And it was a body that flows by, “he reminded himself with a laugh before he escaped:” It was a kind of sign of the film’s vibe. ”

The film’s director John McNaughton also recalled the moment – which occurred in a marsh in Everglades – during a previous interview with Entertainment every week. At that time, he explained that shooting had to be briefly stopped on the film when they were waiting for the authorities to come to the site to investigate the incident.
“We called the police, and they actually took the body and prevented it from getting into our shot,” shared McNaughton for Ew1998 Spring Movie Preview.
Wild things Followed a police detective Sergeant Ray Duquette (Bacon) who reveals a conspiracy behind a case involving a guide for high school when charges of rape is made against him by two female students, according to a synopsis of the film. It plays bacon, Matt DillonThe Neve Campbell and Denise Richards.

The movie would be filled with lots of turns, and earlier this month in Esquire‘S’ for the disc ‘ Video, bacon also revealed that unexpected twist would happen in the movie: a kiss between him and Dillon’s guide character Sam Lombardo.

“In the original script we start doing,” Bacon reminded. “Part of what was crazy about the movie was that there were all these turns … You know, it was like the movie’s hook, so for me, (kiss) was a big twist. It was all. I was like,” It would be a fantastic twist. ”
“But I don’t know. For some reason it was cut. We didn’t shoot it. I don’t think we shot it. I think it was just cut,” Bacon added.
When a manufacturer off the screen then asked Bacon to confirm that he was “tied to the” kiss scene-a statement that they previously made before the actor looked back at the cut moment-sa him in response, “Yes, I was definitely. Look at him-he is wonderful.”
