Joe Biden Celebrates a milestone moment in grandchildren’s life.
The former president, 82, celebrated Robert “Hunter” Biden II’s degree from Salisbury School in Connecticut on Friday 23 May. The excursion marked Joe’s first public appearance since he revealed his “Aggressive” prostate cancer diagnosis.
Dr. Jill Biden Shared a photo on their Instagram stories about himself, Joe and other family members who posed with the 18-year degree on their big day.
“Proud Nana and Pop! Congratulations Hunter – we’re so proud of you,” wrote Jill, 73, to his grandchild, whose father is late Beau Biden And Mom is Hallie Biden.
In another post on social media, the teen could be seen to go over and get their diploma.

One day before, Thursday, May 22, Joe, Jill and other family members visited the Woodland restaurant in Lakeville.
A photograph shared on the facility Instagram The site shows that Joe smiles with a group. “Great to have Joe & Jill Biden on Woodland last night,” Woodland wrote restaurant in its captions. “He was so gracious and thought -provoking in conversations with staff and guests.”
The restaurant added, “Congratulations to his grandchildren to his degree. We have a lot enjoyed such decency and humility from our president. You made our evening very special. All the best 🇺🇸.”
Restaurant owner Brandon Scimeca told Stamford lawyer He was announced “a couple of hours in advance” that Joe would visit.
“He was as nice to the customers as he was too waiting for staff, as he was for the owner, as he was for Busboy. He was just so generous in his breath,” Scimeca said. “He didn’t talk about himself but talked about everyone else.”

Joe’s presence at the graduation celebration came less than a week after the former president’s office announced that he had been Diagnosed with prostate cancer.
A official statementWho said that Biden had “experienced increasing urine symptoms” before the diagnosis, added that the cancer “is characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (class group 5) with metastasis to the leg.”
“Although this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, cancer seems to be hormone sensitive, which enables effective handling,” the statement continued. “The president and his family review treatment options with their doctors.”

After the diagnostic news, Joe shared a photo of himself and Jill on XWhen he thanked supporters for their love.
“Cancer touches us all,” he wrote in his captions. “Like so many of you, Jill and I have learned that we are strongest in the broken places. Thank you for lifting us with love and support.”
