Gelé reelDoes not give up his favorite goods as he continues to lose weight, share a video of what he eats in a single day while on tour – and shows how his nutrition coach, Ian Larioswhips up healthy versions of the singer’s favorites.
“This is all I eat in a day when I’m on tour,” said Jelly, 40, who wrapped his Beautifully broken tour and is about to go into Big Ass Stadium Tour with After Malone. “I only eat two meals a day and a snack,” said Jelly together with Larios, who showed how he makes protein -filled, healthier versions of the singer’s favorite meals.
First up? A “healthy breakfast bowl” or as Larios called it, a “Waffle House Bowl, Healthy Rendition.”
“That’s what I’m talking about, honey!” Jelly cheered.
Larios explained that he makes his own hash brown, cooked in Wagyu beef and uses chicken sausages, peppers and bone broth, which he says is “packed with protein.” He airs the potatoes before mixing them in sauerkraut.

“Carbohydrates, it has protein, packed with probiotics,” explains Larios and presents the first meal of the day for the day “I’m not ok” singer.
“Oh, is that the one with sauerkraut?” Jelly, whose real name is Jason Bradley Deford, asked and mixed the bowl. “It all started because I love Waffle House. Larios figured out a way not only to make them taste good but good for my stomach.”
Waffle House’s hash brown bowls can reach 920 calories, according to Restaurant’s website.
Next up was Jelly’s favorite snack, a peanut butter cake with sliced bananas. “It’s a snack a day so it’s something he really looks forward to,” Larios explained.
“Oh, peanut butter bananas?” Jelly says when he sees the bowl, visibly happy about it.

Today’s second and last meal is dairy -free Poutine, as jelly joke is “Protein Poutine.” It is made with cashewo masses, as Larios says is “almost cheese -like.”
Then Lario’s chicken thighs cook in bone broth, add homemade french fries and make sauce with caramelized peppers in some bone broth. He also adds chicken sausage and rice flour to their sauce.
