Jane Seymour opens up about how long -lasting friend Christopher Reeve Inspired her over the past decade of his life.
The actress, 73, handed out the best documentary to Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story at 2025 AARP films for adult awards On Saturday, February 8th. “We were very close and remained very close, but especially after he had hurt. “The most difficult thing to do is accept,” she continued. “And if you can accept, open your heart, reach out to help someone else, you have a purpose. And that’s the secret to happiness. And if you have a purpose, you can feel really good about yourself. When you feel good about yourself, you are like a magnet. People want to be part of something good. They don’t want to be around people walking, ‘oh, life is so terrible. Why I? ‘And they are attracted to people who go out and make a difference. And that was his attraction. That’s what made him a real superman. ”
