Jane Seymour Just celebrated her 74th birthday – but says no matter how old she gets, she is still not tempted to move with her face.
“Every time in a while I think about it,” she tells People about plastic surgery. “But since I am also a sculptor, I know that if you change or change one thing on a face and then look at it from a different angle, you have to change another thing to level it up, then one and another and then before you know it is not you anymore.”
Seymour claims that she does not judge friends who go under the knife, but know that it would be tough in her profession to drastically change her appearance. “It’s a choice for me,” she says.
She adds that if she has to look younger for a role, she relying on wigs.
“If I make a role and do not want me to wrinkle in lines, I will wear bangs,” she says. “Or if I need to play younger in a movie, it’s very simple – I just put a wig on, and it lifts the whole face. But if I need to play a woman in the late 60s, I will need all the facial muscles I have.”
Seymour, however, is very regulated with its diet and body care routines. She has been a massive fan of Crepe deleteThe skincare line she has been the brand ambassador for more than ten years and is now working on products under the brand Body company umbrellaincluding its Youthful essence Supplement line.

“When I first started working with Crepe Erase, I didn’t think a cream would do anything,” she says with a laugh. “I was like,” It’s a high story! “But what happened is immediately after using it, people started saying:” Oh Jane, you use a laser, or you have undergone to have these big treatments! “And I went, no, I only use this cream called crepe delete, and yet I realized it really worked.
Now she integrates the vitamins into her routine which has also increased how she feels for her appearance.
“You have to be healthy inside and out, which is why we make it easy for everyone now with the vitamins,” Seymour says, about being lively. “If you are not healthy, your skin will not be radiated. So I am very excited because we come out with something that bridges the nutrient gap with vitamins and minerals and phytonutrients and super food with kale, blueberries, blood oranges. I wanted something simple that you could only put in your water in the morning and have everything you may need for the day

Seymour adds that the most important part of any wellness routine is to tailor it to your own needs.
“I mean, you can buffer and scale and make lasers, but I haven’t done any of it either. If it works for you, do it,” she says. “I’m just afraid to do something permanent. I hope to continue aging gracefully. I will not say never, but I think I have waited to 74 years and still have not had work, I am not entirely sure that I would suddenly have to turn into a 30-year-old.”
