Jacob Elordi debuts new Wuthering Heights-inspired sheep chops and the Internet is in Rapture



Jacob Elordi have left internet swinging!

The actor, 27, debuted dramatic side burns at the 75th Berlin International Film Festival on Saturday, February 15 while promoting his upcoming Australian Prime Video series The narrow road to Deep North.

Elordi held her appearance easily at the event, dressed in a gray sweater layer over a white shirt and black slacks with a black belt. He also wore a neat pair of black tabi loafers containing a brown strap.

Together with his fashionable ensemble, the actor made some bold care choices. He wore his hair in messy curls designed to frame his face and swung a pair of classic sheep meat chops with an otherwise pure straight look.

Social media was surprised by comments about his new look. “Jacob Elordi in Berlin with the side bounces really works for me, I can’t lie,” wrote An honest fan. Now this is not Elordi’s first time that experiments with facial hair. The Discs actor embraced a full scrap At Marrakech Film Festival in November 2024, which saw him debut his brand new look, along with a longer hairstyle, at the festival’s opening ceremony.

The narrow road to Deep North is based on the 2013 novel with the same name by Richard Flanagan and stars Odessa Young, Ciarán Hinds and Olivia Deje. Adapted by author Shaun Grant and directed by Justin Kurzel, the five-part drama will see Elordi as Lieutenant-Colonel Dorrigo Evans, a man who has a love affair who ultimately shapes his life.

Sitting during the Second World War, the story develops for several periods of time when it documents Evans childhood and his later experiences as a surgeon and Australian war hero. The series, according to Synopsis, “is a love story to maintain the audience through the darkest times, an intimate character study that illustrates the strength of the human spirit before the hardship and an investigation into a marriage and an unforgettable love affair.”
