Impossible “will” be very successful “, predicts Holt McCallany (exclusive)



Holt McCallany has high hopes for Tom CruiseS final Assignment: Impossible film.

People caught McCallany, 61, at the New York City premiere of his upcoming movie The amateurWhere he shared his thoughts on how things will go this summer for Franchise’s last movie.

“Well, I haven’t seen Assignment: Impossible (The last bill) Anyway, but I’ve seen all the previous movies and it’s a fantastic franchise, ” Mindhunter Star says.

“Christopher Mcquarrie is a wonderful guy, a great writer, a great director and really a great person, you know, so it was a privilege to work for Chris McQ, we call him ‘McQ’, he adds the nickname given to the director.

McCallany tells People, “Tom is the biggest movie star in the world, and there is a reason for that.”

“So I was really happy to be part of that project, and I think it will be very successful, especially to be part of what will be the last part of that franchise,” he says.

In the coming summer blockbuster, McCallany will play defense secretary Bernstein, Deadline Reported in July 2022.

The film will also see Cruise, 62, repeat its role as a field -handed Ethan Hunt.

Final Reckoningthat is the eighth Assignment: Impossible Movie, will pick up there the 2023 movie Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning final. Hunt and his team are again in the middle of a potentially disastrous fight against a villain artificial intelligence machine known as “the device.”

Nick Offerman, Bob Odenkirk, Janet Mcteer, Hannah Waddingham And Katy O’Brian joins the role of new characters.

Assignment: impossible – the final bill will be released in theaters on May 23, 2025.
