“I can no longer be silent” (exclusive)

When the controversy swirls around a Cryptic Instagram message Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Giuf Recently published about her deteriorating health after a car accident in Australia, she is now coming up with allegations of abuse of her husband in 22 years, Robert Giuffre.

Virginia, 41, previously spoke as a victim of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, who died in his prison at the age of 66 in 2019, and his associated Ghislaine Maxwell, 63, who is currently serving a prison for child sex trafficking in connection with Epstein. Virginia says she has been hesitant to speak publicly about the alleged abuse involving her husband until now.

In an exclusive statement to People, Virginia said: “I could strike back against Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein who, abused and traded me. But I could not escape the domestic violence in my marriage until recently. After my husband’s latest physical attack, I can no longer keep quiet.”

She ended the statement by saying, “Again, I thank all for their support. I believe that justice will be sewn.”

Her statement comes less than a week after Virginia said at Instagram On Sunday, March 30, that she was in the hospital and near death after the car where she went on March 24 was struck by a school bus that went more than 49 km / h.

“I have entered the kidney’s kidney fault,” she wrote next to a photo of her lying in a hospital bed, her face covered with bruises. “They have given me four days to live and transfer me to a specialist hospital in urology.”

A spokesman for Virginia confirms that Virginia reported on January 9, 2025, abuse in Dunsborough, Western Australia, to the police, who did not accuse Robert of any crime. “Let’s be clear, she never said in the bus accident the cause of all her other injuries,” Sky says. “But I think the bus accident in some way, form or form saved her life. It could have been a blessing in disguise.”

Adds that he does not know specifically “what happened to her internally”, Sky, an auto claims adjustment, says Virginia’s Bruising “is consistent (with a car accident).”

“No one ever said that her liver problems and kidney failure ever were from it. We still don’t know if it is, I’m not a doctor. It’s up to her doctor to decide,” he says.

He talked about the damage to Virginia’s Organs and said, “I think it is from years of alleged abuse. You have to think, she has been allegedly abused for over 10 years. Some body will take a fee for some time.”

Allegedly worried marriage

Virginia had had marital issues for a while and in August 2023 or so, separated from Robert, father of her three children, ages 19, 16 and 15, says Sky and Amanda.

During a trip to celebrate one of the children’s birthdays in January, Robert struck Virginia so hard that she remained with a cracked sternum and perforated eye, among other injuries, they say. She was transported to the hospital for her injuries, says her spokeswoman.

To the family’s shock, they say, Robert quickly submitted a family violence order against her, claiming she had become violent with him, they say.

“He just put his in place first,” Sky claims. “Now she’s on the defense.”

Taking up critics who say that Virginia is coming up with this now because she wants to avoid going to Jondalup Magistrates Court on April 9 to deal with the alleged limitation of limitation decisions, Sky says it is dangerous thinking.

After her last Instagram post, Virginia has been accused of exaggerating and even lying about the accident and her health.
