Frankie Muniz “nervous” to make a new thriller 19 years after Malcolm in the middle (exclusive)

Frankie Muniz goes out of his comfort zone in Rener.

“I was not actively looking for something that would be different from what I have done before,” Muniz adds. “I’m happy, and I know people are worried about being typecast, but if I was known as Malcolm for the rest of my life it’s still pretty cool. It was a fantastic show that people loved. I won’t keep me Away from it, but at the same time it is fun for me to do different types of projects, and I think this one will surprise people.
