A New York man was arrested to allegedly performing plastic surgical procedures that left a client brain death, confirmed a spokesman for the New York Police Department for People.
Felipe Hoyos-Foronda, 38, was arrested on Friday, March 28, after a doctor responded to his call to his home on 35th St. Near the 20th road in Astoria, Queens. He was accused of abuse in the second degree and unauthorized practice of profession, NYPD said.
