Brooke Hogan’s husband defends her among public feuds with mother Linda

• Steven Oleksy defended his wife Brooke Hogan in a long statement on Instagram on March 29, in the middle of Brooke’s public feud with mother Linda Hogan.
• In the statement, the former NHL player denied several of Linda’s claims, including her claims about Brooke’s drunk behavior and that the couple excluded Linda from their 2022 wedding. He also shared several stories showing Brooke’s character and why her relationship with her mother is now strained.
• Oleksy’s post follows Brooke’s claims that she experienced abuse against children and Linda’s claim that Brooke is a “narcissist”, among others.

The long statement, which was published on Saturday, March 29, dealt with many of Linda’s claims, including her accusations that Brooke, 36, once broke her mother’s bone bones while drunk and that the interior architect is a “narcissist just like her father.” Oleksy – who welcomed twins with Brooke in January -Also denied his 65-year-old mother-in-law claims that they had never met.

A rope for Linda did not immediately respond to people’s request for comment on March 29.

Oleksy started the post by writing that “Although there is little need to defend the character of my wife or myself, I feel compelled to acknowledge and validate the outflow of support that we have received in recent days.”

With reference to her wife’s response to Linda’s first comments about their foreign relationship – where Brooke claimed that she was “orally and mentally abused since childhood” – continued Oleksy, “My wife’s post was not an appeal for attention, sympathy or even support.”

“It was simply an answer to the false statements that had been made about her – that she had not seen or talked to her mother in eight years, that her mother had never met me, that we did not attend her father’s wedding because of work and a number of other things that have not gone well to the truth,” he then partly wrote. “I can’t stand and let someone continue to hurt not only the most amazing person I am lucky enough to call my wife, but also the distorted feeling of power and relevance that the media can sometimes give individuals.”

“The support we have received and the people we are lucky enough to have around us is proof of who we are as a married couple,” the athlete continued. “We are surrounded by an incredible family, both by blood and through the strong network of friends and supporters who stand by us.”

Oleksy did not mention Linda by name, but to attribute the allegations that he addressed to a “Jane doe” – or simply “this individual” – but continued to slap Linda’s claim that she has “many stories” about Brooke’s alleged drunk behavior.

“The claim that my wife broke ‘Jane Doe’s’ bone was laughing to those who know the truth,” he wrote. “I myself have only had a sip of alcohol in my life, and it was to celebrate a victory in the Stanley Cup championship at the age of 32. My wife will have single cocktail or glass of wine, but none of us have ever used drugs or any other topic that can change reality.”

“So it should be understood that the proposal that my wife is a party girl or drunk will be shortly after the claim that I had never met ‘Jane Doe’ and that she did not know my name – even though we had sat at the same lunch table and even took a picture together,” continued the former hockey player.

He then dealt with Linda’s claims that Brooke did not inform his mother about Her wedding 2022 to Oleksy, wrote that it was “never our intention.” (Linda also claimed that the couple did not tell her about the birth of their two -month -old twins, Oliver Andrew and Molly Gene.)

“Unfortunately, it was the only feasible alternative when another party involved said:” I don’t make weddings or funerals anymore, “which is confusing, considering that the same person has participated in several weddings since then and even had their own wedding,” wrote Oleksy.

Brooke’s husband continued to share instances and illustrates who she “is in her core” – for those who “can still have doubts” about the character of their wife,

In one refused the “individual” to participate in a Stevie Nicks Concert with Brooke, alleged by making a false statement that she no longer participates in concerts. In another “heartbreaking” moment, Brooke renovated and designed a home for the “individual” for free, hoping to just watch a sunset together, which they then refused to do.

“My wife, who understands the value of time and love over everything material, made a final, decision -making decision. She asked to be removed from all future financial commitment and requested that she be released from documents that had her in a significant manager and economic position when certain events occurred,” wrote Oleksy. “She told me: ‘If I can’t have honesty and time with them, I don’t want anything.’ ”

The father of two continued to praise Brooke on and wrote that he “had the privilege of witnessing my wife going from humming himself to waiting for a table” to “building one of the most successful interior design companies in Nashville, completely on its own, from the ground up, without any guidance or financial support.”

“She gives everything she has in everything she does and often leaves her own cup,” he then wrote about Brooke. “Her actions are never driven by financial profit or a desire for others to fill her cup, but rather by a relentless commitment to do the right thing for the right reasons. She is the most true, most genuine person that many have ever met and loves hard, almost for a mistake. When you love so hard, the more it hurts.”

Oleksy completed his statement on March 29 by thanking those who have sent the couple messages on support. “If we could, we would hug each of you,” he wrote. “Continue spreading peace, love ❤ and positivity.”

When Oleksy shared his long defense of Brooke’s nature, that interior designer seemed unreasonable in a new Instagram of his own. Alongside photos of themselves, Oleksy and their twins, Brooke simply wrote: “Back to Realit Y. 🩷.”

Linda first triggered his feud with her daughter after claiming in a tearful video that her retired wwe star exman (she and Hulk were Married from 1983 to 2009) is a “sex addict” and “liar”, and that exe’s family – except that her relationship with son Nick, 34 – is “the worst mess.”

In response, Brooke shared a statement that claimed children, but insisted that she “absolutely” still loved her parents.

Linda then denied the charges in A long Facebook postWhere she wrote that she “will not defend me against these ridiculous accusations” but will “do it in court if (Brooke) continues.”
