“Honestly, it was a mixture of emotions. I was excited, a little scared, but mostly just overwhelmed by happiness,” Cameron tells People. “It felt surreal in the best way, like everything was about to change in the best way.”

When it comes to how she has felt so far during pregnancy, Cameron shares that she has been lucky to have relatively simple months.

“Feels super inflated and as my body expands at the other,” she explains. “But overall pretty good. Bushing on all the things I can’t have … I never wanted oysters anymore in my life. But that’s all so worth it.”

The couple has just begun to put together their small nursery, and Cameron notes that Gallagher makes sure their son starts as modern as he can be. “Nathan has made it a priority that BUBS fits will be on point,” she says.

Although it will be a huge change for reality -TV stars, Cameron says that the two just feel happy to experience everything that comes.
