1-year-old falls in bucket with bleach, loses consciousness, parents loaded



Two Dubuque, Iowa, parents face incorrect negligence after their 1-year-old fell in a bucket of bleach in their home.

Scott A. Marcov, 30, and Madelyn A. Marcov, 28, were arrested Tuesday and accused of neglect or abandonment by an dependent person, according to Kalb.

After Madelyn called in 911, the child was reportedly taken to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital, where the child was intubated. After that, the victim was transported to the University of Iowa Health Care Medical Center for further treatment.

The police responded to the home on October 1, according to the documents reviewed by Telegraph HeraldAnd found the house “completely dirty”, with both dead and living mice present, as well as food and debris sprinkled everywhere.
