Morgan tells people that she was “in shock” and “couldn’t believe anyone would leave a dog they had for ten years.”

In the real estate purchase agreement, the old homeowners noted that they did not want to take their pets, Including their cat, which they also left behind. They said they would leave the animals on the property for the new owners “if desired.”

“During the buying process for the house, we were worried about what would happen to the dog,” shares Morgan. “So we put it in the purchase agreement to make sure something worse did not happen to her.”

Morgan knew she had to keep the dog, whom she called Molly. After their offer was accepted, she immediately loosened Molly and let her explore.

She shares Molly’s new life on her Teltok accountWhere her followers can keep up to date on how she is adapted to her new life and new family. The original video about Molly’s story went viral and collected over 33.4 million views.

For those who can be in a similar situation, Morgan encourages them “to do anything to help the dog.”

“I didn’t try to hate the people who left her. I don’t know people’s situations. I just wanted to make sure she was safe and would be ok,” she says.

“I would like to be able to buy dogs,” she adds. “There are so many amazing dogs in shelter. The local protection does so much, but is overwhelmed.”
