Woman, 76, accused of shooting male neighbor in the face with flare gun under the argument

A resident of New York was arrested after she is said to have shot a neighbor on her face with a flare gun after an oral change in their Long Island pension society.

Kathleen Schuman, 76, faces a count of other grades that cause damage with a weapon (a burning device), according to Suffolk County First District Court online Court Records that People has seen. Catrone told NBC4 that he made a complaint with Conifer LLC., The management company for the property, Belmont Villas Senior Apartments. People did not immediately receive an answer from Conifer LLC.

“We are aware of a change that occurred last night between two residents,” Conifer LLC said in a statement to News 12 Long Island. “This was an isolated incident between individuals and not related to society itself. We fully cooperate with law enforcement when they handle the matter. The security and well -being of our residents remain our highest priority.”

Schuman has denied the charges against her, News 12 reported and added that a judge has ordered her to stay away from the victim and set the bail to $ 5,000 cash.
