“I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry. It wasn’t my choice,” she said about her make-husband. “Keep the hope alive. Maybe he will come back in my dreams … my memories. ”

Yes, 9-1-1 Will return for a ninth season with an 18 section order, announced ABC in April 2025.

Why did Peter Krause leave 9-1-1?

In Season 8, Section 15, Bobby died of a rare, deadly virus Called Crimea-Kongo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) after contracting it during a lab fire response.

Creator Tim Min Told Amount That Bobby’s shocking death was a “creative” decision – not a result of Krause’s desire to leave the series.

“It was absolutely creative. A very difficult creative decision, because there is virtually no one I love on this earth more than Peter (Krause),” he said. “After eight years it just felt, if we have any hope of creating stories in the future that have actual efforts, then someone must die.”

Meiner continued, “I think it needed to be Bobby for many reasons. I just didn’t want to go little. Bobby’s death affects every character’s story in a way that really no other character death would do.”

In a statement obtained by AmountKrause told the fans that they “have the right to be” upset by Bobby’s death.

“It’s a loss,” he wrote. “As I said, it was more than a bold creative choice on a bold show. Bobby Nash was written in victims, and he was built for this. First respondents risk his lives at work so others can see another day. His story honors them.”

When is 9-1-1 Season 9 is coming out?

ABC have not announced a premiere date for 9-1-1 Season 9.

However, the network has confirmed that 9-1-1 Season 9 will be broadcast in its usual place for Thursday nights at 20.
