Why Katie Maloney believes that “Vanderpump Rules” start is “cheap”

Katie Maloney is not pumped about Vanderpump rules restart.

Maloney, who appeared in all 11 seasons in the original series, joined its previous cost and Exman Tom Schwartz On the section Tuesday April 22 by his Detox Retox Podcast. Maloney, who will not participate in the Bravo start, had some choices of words.

“This is not against any of (the new role),” said Maloney, 38. “I don’t know them, but it just feels cheap for me. It feels cheap and I don’t like cheap.”

She worked out by saying that production cannot “replicate a prescription.” Instead of launching a separate program, the show will continue with new role members. “With the same name (but) different show. There’s not even a season 1. For me it just feels like it will try to have the same taste and the same everything,” Maloney said.

Before Bravo’s decision to review the original role, Maloney says she had already made the decision to leave. She revealed her plans in a section in December 2024 by her podcast Disrespectful.

“I had made a decision months ago after the last season. I had to move on with my life. I had talked to our producers about it and I told them my decision about it. I personally felt ready to move on from the show. I felt like my life and where I was in a different direction. Mentally, emotionally, physically, I was to go.

Her decision came after the 2023 “Scandoval”, a cheat scandal involving Tom Sandoval and Rachel Leviss. Then Sandoval, 42, was in a long -term relationship with the colleague Vander pump role member and live-in girlfriend Ariana Madix.

The fall from “Scandoval” was documented in season 11, even though Madix had a rule without contact with Sandoval. The last section of Vanderpump rules Season 11 recycling was broadcast in May 2024.

How I love you all.”
