Some very large (and surprising) decisions were made during The farmer wants wife The season finale.

Farmer Matt Warren, Farmer Jay Woods, Farmer John Sansone and farmer Colton Hendricks was commissioned to choose which of their last two ladies they wanted to continue exploring a relationship with. Before they could do, the gentlemen went to their second and last family meeting and greeting.

John ended surprisingly Claire’s mother when he revealed that he wanted a “traditional family”, where the wife would be “home with the children” when he worked, which he knew that “could be controversial” to say. But Claire’s mother told the cameras that she “can’t imagine that she (daughter) does not work” and has “never” expressed interest in being a home mother. Zoe then explained to Colton’s parents that she would “definitely be willing” to move to the farm, especially since her career’s ambitions can be done anywhere, and he confirmed with her loved ones that he did not want to “pull her away from things she does in life.” Fortunately, her mother noted that it would probably not “be a problem” for Zoe and that she is “flexible.” Later, she expressed the hope that the couple could “connect their goals with their goals.”

The couple accepted his offer and sealed the deal with a kiss.

When he entered the decision day, John said he was “sure” that he would make the right choice. He finally chose to end his relationship with Lily. “I think you love, you’re sure, you’re sure of yourself. You are a leader, not to mention your smile, of course, it lights up a room. He then said he would “pray” for her, and Jordyn explained that she would do the same before she left. “I’m cursed. … He said many things that made me think he would choose me today. I thought Matt could be the love of my life. His decision has hurt me,” she told the cameras.

Despite the “horrible” interaction, Matt said he has got his “mind.” He is ready to choose Chelsi, which he feels is “perfect for me.”

“I know we started a little slowly, and I felt we really built up something that I like quite a lot,” he said. “I just appreciated you so much. As, every day I am more impressed with you. But … I just, eh .. I like everything about you and when I’m not with you, I think of you. I literally just think the world. If you want to do this, I’m all yours.”

“I won’t ask you to marry me today, but … you better one day, because I’ve never met anyone else again,” he added.

The two embraced and kissed, with Chelsi who later told the cameras that she “loved the result”, because Matt said he did not want things between them to end.
