Donald Trump was able to stop New York’s controversial pricing programs for congestion despite successfully treating many of the city’s bumper-to-bumper streets.

The Department of Transport is considering recalling the federal state that the Biden administration approved last year that gave the Green Light program, The New York Times reported on Thursday.

Without the approval, the program can be left open to legal challenges that can end, or at least temporary break, congestion prices from continuing.
