The WNBA game stopped again after the second sex toy flies to court this week

Another WNBA game was stopped due to an object being thrown on the track.

On Friday, August 1, Golden State met Valkyries Chicago Sky, and 7 minutes and 42 seconds into the third quarter, a protector threw an unexpected object at the Wintrust Arena court in Chicago. The broadcast captured pictures of a green sex toy thrown on the sideline only shy for the court, later shared X.

The referee quickly blew the whistle and stopped the game, and the announcer is heard to say: “Got a whistle from basketball.”

A second judge went over to the object and kicked from the side line, and then another employee went to pick it up with a towel to remove it from the nearby.

The second time this marked a sex toy was thrown on the basketball court. Tuesday, July 29, under the Golden State Valkyries’ games against Atlanta Dream, A green sex toy landed on court during the last seconds of the game.

“Something actually flies on the court from the crowd. And you can see the object … The green thing bounces and it goes to the sideline,” said the sport’s announcement Morgan Ragan.

“We are not really sure where it came from,” she continued when a timeout was called and the game was paused. After the item was identified, she said, “Oh my gosh, ok. Ok, inappropriate. Get them from here, whoever it is (who threw it).”

After the second incident, Chicago Sky Player Angel Reese wrote a cheeky X post And joked about Indiana Fever Player, Sydney Colson, “Hello @sydjcolson, why do you continue to throw your medium green in different arenas … it will be strange.”

Indiana Fever Guard Sophie Cunningham also shared a X post: “Stop throwing dildos on the track … you will hurt one of us.”

The owners of the two sex toys have not yet been identified in public, but if the arena had identified the perpetrators, they would immediately have been removed from space due to the WNBA policy.

According to WNBA’s Fan -collection code On his website, “Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or try to get into the court will immediately be ejected from the arena.”
