Women have mixed opinions about a wedding tip that goes viral on social media.
Australian bride Alyssa Jane took to Tiktok February 20 to share a “hot wedding planning tip for your wedding date.” Her video quickly gathered more than 600,000 views, but not all agree that brides should follow her advice.
Tictoker’s wedding tips are simple: “Plan your wedding date when ovulation.”

Jane claims that the physical benefits of ovulation can improve a bride’s wedding day – and night. According to her experience, she quoted clearer skin, larger breast size and higher sex drive.
“Of course, my skin is not fantastic, but compared to what it is when I’m on my period, it’s wonderfully shiny,” she said. “You know what else is good? My breasts. My breasts get bigger when I ovulate. You know what else is good? My sex drive. My sex drive increases when I ovulate – good for the wedding night. You don’t have any period either.”

In the comment section, other brides weighed whether they thought the council was actually good.
“Genius,” said a woman.

Another TikTok user commented that she also has “more energy” when she ovulate. However, another woman is ovulating because it makes her “cranky.”
Most comments warned brides that women are most fertile during ovulation, which increases the chance of becoming pregnant during the honeymoon.
“If you want to get pregnant yes 😠😠This is like my worst nightmare that I quit ovulation or on my period,” commented a woman.
“I planned it around the ovulation and got pregnant on my wedding night 🤣,” wrote another tictoker, with someone else who added, “I became pregnant with twins on my honeymoon 🫢👀👀.”
