“Who, screams almost every night, threw doors, cushed each other over everything – money, their parents,” he explained.
“For the most part I just try to set it, but my little sister can’t. She gets scared and runs into my room and cried and asks me if they get divorced or if she did something wrong,” he continued. “I do my best to calm her, but it’s hard. She’s a child.”

He detailed that there was another struggle between his parents recently, and he lost his cool.
“I just snapped. I came out of my room and screamed at both to shut up. I told them they scare her and aggravate everything, and that I’m tired of pretending that everything is normal when it’s not,” he wrote. “I may have said something that,” you both act as f —— children, “who, yes, not my proudest line.”
The teenager recalled that both his parents became silent, but his mother criticized him later.
“My mom told me that I was in line and that I don’t understand how difficult it is to be an adult,” he wrote.
His father also expressed his dissatisfaction with him. “My dad didn’t say much, just gave me a damn look. Now it’s super tense in the house, and I feel pretty guilty,” the teenager wrote.
The teenager admitted that screams were not the right answer to the fighting, but said he “was just so tired of seeing my sister freaked and no one did anything about it.”
Reddit users praised him for protected his younger siblings.
