The pop star announced the news that she has been working on a new record, Life of a Showgirl, On its website on Tuesday, August 12 at 12:12 AM and to celebrate their 12th album, The Star illuminated the iconic NYC country brand in the Empire State Building in the color of the new album, Orange!

Life on a showgirl will be Swift’s twelfth studio album. The new record comes a few months after Swift acquired the champions from her first six album: Taylor Swift, FearlessThe Talk nowThe REDThe 1989 and ReputationFrom Shamrock Capital in May.
The album’s release date is also a mystery, although Swift’s website says copies will be delivered before October 13.
