Super Bowl Halftime artist Arrested, forbidden from football games after protesting in the field with the Palestine-Sudan flag



An artist in Kendrick Lamars Super Bowl Half -time show was arrested by security and banned from professional football games for life after waved a Sudanese-Palestinian flag during the performance.

National Football League confirmed to Associated Press That the person “will (will be) prohibited for life from all NFL stadions and events”, and added that “no one involved in the production was aware of the individual’s intention.”

In a statement shared with People on Monday, February 10, New Orlean’s police department said that the man was thrown out of the stadium but had not been arrested or issued a mood and therefore would not be identified.

The NFL said that the artist, who was part of the 400-person field, “hid the object on his person and revealed it late in the show” while he was standing on a Buick Gnx-Prop, according to AP.

The 37-year-old rapper performed several of his biggest hits during his performance at Caeser’s Superdome in New Orleans, including “Humble.” and “squabble up” before entering the Grammy winning single and Drake Diss track “Not like us. ”
