A Miami -man was arrested after accusations that he posed as a doctor and performed an operation that left a woman permanently disfigured – just weeks after another doctor from the same facility was arrested on similar accusations.

Manuel Jose Lazzaro, 58, was arrested last week on an accusation of unlicensed health care that caused serious bodily injury, NBC 6 South Florida reported, with reference to the authorities.

According to an arrest report obtained by the outlet, the woman told the investigators that she found Lazzaro on social media and came to Miami from Orlando in September this year.
