Selena Gomez announces surprisingly collapse album with hubby Benny Blanco: See his sweet response

Selena Gomez Has a new album on the horizon!

The singer-actress surprised the fans on Thursday, February 13 and announced that she and fiancé Benny Blanco worked on a new album together, I said I love you first. The album, which will be released on Friday March 21, is Gomez and Blanco’s first project together as a couple.

The couple announced their commitment to Instagram In December 2024, after meeting for over a year.

In her Instagram Post, Only murder in the building Star wrote: “I always fool you 🥰. My new album I said I love you first With my best friend @itsbennyblanco, is out at 3/21 🖤. ”

The actress, 32, continued: “Our first song, ‘afraid to love you’, is now out on all streaming platforms. Goods and signed products for the album are available for pre -order now. We can’t wait to share this special project with you Soon! ”

Blanco, 36, then answered sweetly in the comment section and added: “I love you baby.”

The first single from Gomez’s fourth studio album is titled “Read of Loving You” and dropped on Thursday – with A visual lyric video.

The new track was written by the couple and 8 o’clock Grammy winner Phrase; Both Blanco and Finneas produced the new single.

At the same time, the upcoming album Gomez and Blanco’s love story celebrates and gives “fans a unique window into their relationship”, according to the press release.

“This album gathered organically as a direct result of the comfort they both felt when working together creatively, which allowed them to produce art that authentically reflects their experiences,” read the press release. “It chronicles the whole story – before they met, fell in love and looks at what the future lasts.”

Before their commitment and now upcoming albums, the couple were musical collaborators. Blanco co-produced two songs, “Kill Em with Kindness” and “Same Old Love”, on Gomez’s 2015 album Revival.

They also collaborated on the 2019 song “I Can’t Get Enough”, with Tainy and J Balvin. In the music video, Gomez shared a scene with Blanco where she is dressed in pajamas and he is dressed as a large teddy bear. Last, in August 2023, they worked together on her song “Single Soon.”

In January 2024 Emilia Perez Star revealed on Smartless Podcast that she was ready for another album. “I feel I have another album in me, but I would probably choose to act,” Gomez said.

“I will want to cool because I’m tired. I wanted to be an actress, I never really thought about being a full -time singer but apparently that hobby became something else,” she added.

Just a year later, in January 2025, Blanco announced on Tiktok that he and Gomez were Working with new music.
