A funny new trailer for The naked gunIn theaters in August, the couple has in the middle of some shocking – and NSFW! – Syn Gags.

The new trailer gives the audience the first glimpse of Anderson’s character Beth, who tells Neeson’s Frank, “I think someone murdered my brother” – before several funny exchanges.

For Neeson, the feeling was mutual. “I’m crazy in love with her,” he said of Anderson. “No huge ego. She just comes in to do the job. She’s fun and so easy to work with. She will be amazing in the movie.”
Schaffer, who together wrote the script with Dan Gregor and Doug Mand, called Neeson “one of the last great actors with Old School Gravitas” in an interview in April with people: “It is a joy to see him put everything on the line in the name of happy laughter.”
And Anderson, the 47-year-old filmmaker, is “So funny and smart and kind. She is my new favorite person. She will really surprise people with how funny she is.”
