Sarah Michelle Gellar seen on first photos from “Buffy The Vampire Slayer” start

Sarah Michelle Gellar is back like Buffy Summers – and she looks ready to kill the day.

Gellar was photographed on the set of Buffy the Vampire Slayer Restart In Los Angeles on Thursday, August 7, which gives the fans her first look at her back in action for the long -awaited series.

In the pictures, Gellar wears a light red, long sleeve, deep-V dress with a floral decoration that hits just above the knee.

Some snaps show Gellar’s heels that fit with the monochromatic look, while all revealing the fuel that keeps the supernatural slay ready to go: a cup of coffee.

After years of turning off the interest in returning as Buffy, Gellar began to change his tune over the past year.

People confirmed in February that a new Buffy the Vampire Slayer The series was in works at Hulu with Gellar, the leading lady in the original series, who ran for seven seasons between 1997 and 2003, planned to return.

Oscar winner Chloé Zhao Controls the pilot and executive producing, while Nora and Lila Zuckerman writes, show and executive produce. Gellar also produces together with Gail Berman, from Kuzui, Kaz Kuzui and Dolly Parton – which was an unredred producer on the original series through its company Sandolllar Entertainment.

“I’ve always listened to the fans and heard your desire to visit Buffy And her world, but it wasn’t something I could do if I wasn’t sure we would get it right, “she wrote in an Instagram post.” This has been a long process, and it’s not over yet. Last month Gellar split one behind the scenes from what seems to be a table read for Buffy Reboot, with a photo showing her naming and another showing a script. “Baby Steps,” she formed the post.

On August 1, Gellar split one video By her and armstrong in the gym and captions: “Warrior 1 and 2 We don’t sweat … We sparkle.”
