In the complaint, Rivers claim that Combs attacked her as she went down in a hall. She claims he came against her and backed her up to the corner.
She claims he was close enough “where he could kiss her and ask her in a low, sensual voice how she is doing, if she is ok and if she needed anything at all.”
She then claims that Combs is said to “use her left hand to adjust the collar on her jacket and then ran her left hand over her chest as she repeated the phrase if she needs something to let him know.”
In his suit, Rivers also accused the rapper of “making physical threats to group members” and claimed he “threatened to eat a person’s face and kill another.”
“Defendant Diddy often screamed times and ridiculed the plaintiff, especially during times that the plaintiff tried him to address questions that she was facing in the group,” the costume claims.

She claims that Combs had “aggressive and abusive behavior”, which is alleged to include an “inhuman” work environment such as controlling her eating and sleeping plan and mocking her for her bulimia.
Rivers claims that she was “the only individual that the defendant Diddy examined in such a sexual and degrading way”, is said to once tell her when she looked at her back that “everything needed to be up.”
She also claims that she had to do “uncompensated manual work”, including during the show’s infamous cheesecake episode when she and her bandmates were forced to go from Manhattan to Brooklyn and back to bring Comb’s cheesecake.
According to Rivers, after filming of three seasons of Make the band From 2002 to 2004, Rivers and her DA band comrades received only one “apartment $ 5000 per show per person.” Rivers claims that the only second time she received a check (except “one day a day, in cash in a couple of hundred a week” that was supposed to cover food while she was filming) was when she was a one -time payment of $ 25,000 to sign a publishing contract that she felt “pressured” to sign.

“Defendant Diddy made it known if the plaintiff did not sign that the group would not continue,” the mood claims. She also claims that when the group dissolved, Combs continued to disturb their career in music and effectively black -ball her.
In a statement to People, Comb’s representative said: “This is another example of false claims being submitted against Mr. Combs. No matter how many moods are submitted, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs has never attacked or sex trafficking for the All-man or women, adults or minors. Rushes to leave the last minute.
