Sam curtains, a former Race all over the world Competing, has died after a car accident. He was 24.
Curtains drove a white Volkswagen in Manchester, England, on Monday May 26, about 21:50 local time when the car turned off the road and “rolled before landing on his side,” said the larger Manchester police in a statement.
Curtains were transported to the hospital, where he caused for life -threatening injuries on Thursday, May 29.
He was the vehicle’s only passenger according to police.
“His family has been informed and supported by specially trained officers,” police said in a separate statement.

Curtain’s parents, JO and Andrew, wrote that they are “destroyed” in a statement obtained by people.
“Sam left us far too soon, and although words will never capture the bright, joy and energy he brought into our lives, we stick to the memories that made him so special,” they said. “Sam was loved by his family. As a son, brother and nephew he was loyal, fun and hard protective.”
The mourning parents remembered their time at the BBC’s reality show and said it “opened his eyes to the wonder of adventure and travel.”
They continued, “he was willing to walk wherever the track could lead and he touched everyone he met on the road. He found great happiness who worked as a landscape gardener on the west coast in Scotland.”
Well and Andrew added: “Sam led warmth, laughter and a smattering of chaos wherever he went. He leaves a big hole in our hearts. We will miss him endlessly, but we will also remember him with smiles, high stories and a depth of love that will never disappear.”
Curtains had worked as a landscape gardener in Scotland, but visited his family in Manchester at his death.
He played in season 2 of Race all over the world Beside his mother.
“There will be a private funeral for family and friends in time. The family has asked for integrity at this terrible time,” a spokesman for Race all over the world said in a statement.
The spokesman acclaimed curtains and wrote, “We are all deeply saddened to hear the tragic news about Sam. Anyone who worked with him, and in fact everyone who saw Sam could see how valuable and transformative trip was for both him and his mother yes.”

Curtains “embraced the seven -week trip with an energy, love and determination that saw the couple enjoy adventure over Mexico to Argentina, which made the audience fall in love with them and their special band as a result,” spokesman said.
The tribute continued: “Since filming, both Sam and JO have been an integral part of Race all over the world Cast Family and on behalf of us all from the BBC, production and the rest of the role, we would like to expand our deepest condolences to his parents, Andrew and JO; His brothers, William and Charlie; His stepmother Justine; His family and friends. ”

The show contained curtains – which was 19 at that time – and his mother when they traveled over South America without phones.
While he had previously talked to BBC Before attending the show, Jo said she wanted to teach her son, who had ADHD, how to travel before going into his own adventures.

Curtains also shared their excitement over spending quality time with their mother. “Mom and I are very close – we often think or say the same things. She has traveled a lot in her life, so I think it would be fun to do it with her. She always seems to get things right, she can talk to people and fix things. She’s amazing,” he said at that time.
Curtains are survived by their parents, stepmother Justine and brothers Charlie and William.
