Prince William Marks St. David’s Day with a special message.
On Saturday, March 1, a new video was released at Kensington Palace X account by Prince of Wales, 42, who speaks in fluent Welsh to highlight the national celebration for Wales.
An English translation of the clip reveals Prince William said: “Today, on St. David’s Day, we come together to celebrate Wales – its history, its culture and its incredible people.”
“From their breathtaking landscapes to their language, Wales continues to inspire. Today we celebrate everything that is magical about Wales. To the people of Wales and everyone around the world, Happy St David’s Day, ”he concludes.
The video messages also included pictures of Prince William and Kate Middleton Greetings fans who held Welsh flags and gifts daffodils.
People understand that Prince William does not have formal lessons in the language, even if he learns conversation swelsh. He also regularly uses the language to greet people when visiting Wales.
