The Duke of Sussex will travel to Las Vegas on May 6, where he will participate in a conversation worth of Dr. Tessy ojo, CEO of Diana Awardthe only charity organization bearing the name of Princess Diana.
The Event-a part of the AI Platform for Business Transformation Servicenows Knowledge 2025 conference-will launch the Diana Award’s “Pledge to Invest” initiative, which celebrates future leaders and helps to inspire leading thinking companies to support their assignments.

Dr. OJO will be chairman of the conversation with Prince Harry, chairman of the Global Customer Operations at the ServiceNow Paul Fipps and two young recipients of the organization’s Legacy Award: Sikander “Sonny” Khan and Christina Williams.
Khan works in artificial intelligence at Microsoft and also leads up Paani projectAn organization that supports various humanitarian efforts in Pakistan, including the construction of over 20,000 wells.
Williams is a lawyer and advocate from Jamaica who champions the youth’s empowerment and marginalized groups’ fair access to education, healthcare and technology.

The conversation will focus on “youth leadership and how employers can proactively create ways for young people to come in and thrive in the workplace.”
“Companies that invest in youth management today is to grow the workforce, innovators and consumers tomorrow,” Dr. OJO in a statement. “The Diana Award is proud to launch the” PLEDGE TO INVEST “-A opportunity for future companies to make a strategic, measurable and high-effect investment in the future of youth leadership. For over 25 years, the Diana award has invested in young people and strengthens them to address the pressing issues in our time.”
The Diana Award was founded in 1999 by former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown. Current protectors include former Prime Minister David Cameron, Dame Julia Samuel, former Scottish first minister Jack McConnell and Esther Rantzen.

The organization, which is called to honor its late mother, remains a rare connection point in their philanthropic work. The organization’s mission, which is stated on their website, is to “give young people to lead that change through a number of initiatives that unlock their potential, inspire actions and create opportunities, ensure that no youth is left out or left.”
