Krystal Robertson-Harris knows how to keep liquor high in the middle of the tensions in NFL training camps.
The wife of New York Giant’s defensive ending Roy Robertson-Harris laughed by several tips in a Tiktok Video for their fellow women and girlfriends (WAGS) whose partners are involved in the preparations before the season – including a way to “spice it up” because time is spent together is limited.
“I would be interested in knowing men’s views on this,” appointed Krystal “the most important” before I shared the tip. “Don’t forget to send, you know, some small spicy pictures, maybe some videos. I don’t know. I don’t know how crazy you will be,” she said with a smirk.
“But I feel that it is also good,” continued the real estate investor on the clip which was published on Thursday, July 31. “So you know, look good looking. But your husband likes to see you, introduce yourself that way. Send them some sweet things during the day.”

Krystal, whose husband has played in the NFL since 2016, joked that she had to take her own advice because she had not put her words yet. “I actually have to take this advice, I haven’t done this all training camps. I’m usually really good at it,” she shared and adds, “get some nice lingerie, get her shirt or something.”
Training camps can be stressful and intense, which is why Krystal likes to give Roy, 32, something to look forward to every day that may seem repetitive. “Give him just something to spice it up,” she said. “Make it another day, do you know? Just imagine. He is with these men all day and then he goes to his phone and he sees his girl, who looks lovely? That’s what he will want to see.”
To end her clip, Krystal – who is also the mother of two – gave her colleague football wagons some encouraging words of confirmation. “Hang there,” she said.
She then joked, “I got two boys. They are very rambunctious and it’s hard here … We try to listen, we try to learn self -control, we try to learn how to handle our emotions … and it can be really difficult when you talk to a five year old.”

Elsewhere in her tikok of tips, Krystal said “number one” advice she says that people are to “not take it personally” if their partner returns home from training camp frustrated and draining.
“Over the years I realized that it is really so mentally exhausting and physically exhausting,” she said of the NFL players who are constantly met and tackled during the training camp. “It’s very physical for their bodies, and they come home and they are tired and exhausted.”
“Don’t take it personally,” she emphasized. “Let them be. Try to baby them. Honestly, I feel that the moment like that, he responds so well when I really treat him like a child – and I mean in the best way.”
Sending supporting messages is another tip she shared. “Encourage them to push through the next day,” she said. “Encourage words that make them want to go out there and do it again … I think it’s really big because it sets the tone for the next day.”
Morning texts are also another go-to for Krystal. “When my husband is in training camp, I don’t text that man,” she finished and noted, “he will text me when he can.” She added, “encouraging words that morning … it sets the tone. It gives them the energy they need to continue to drive.”
