The team consisted of Stephan Burton, Alex Huang, Brady Dolan, Michael Fantauzzo, Paul Nelson, Wim van Otterdijk, William Ford, Pim Vriens, Ivan Kramskoy and Marco Vorbusch, per outlet.
The team officially broke the world record with a domino structure that rested at a final height of 33 feet and 2.74 inch high-height on some three floors. The previous item was 32.9 feet.
While talking to a Guinness movie crew that was present under the building, Hevesh explained that the team planned to use the “Octo Tower technology”, as opposed to a square structure.
“There will be pillar in these octogans, and hopefully it makes it a little more stable so we can Build it higher Without it tipped over, she said.

The team used two scissors lifts to build the tower – a detail that not all team members were happy about.
“I want you to have this in mind: I don’t really love heights,” Fantauzzo told his teammates with a grin in video.
The multi -day building meant a few tense moments. Three Dominos came out of position during the construction, which left the team to choose between forging and forward with the knowledge that the tower could collapse unexpectedly at any time, compared to trying to repair the damage and accidentally knocking down the tower in the process.
“After much consideration, we decided to continue building,” Fantauzzo said.
When the tower was clear and officially measured, the team destroyed it by throwing a filled animal on top of the structure.
