Naomi Ackie dishes on his “chemistry” with friend Zoë Kravitz (exclusive)

Naomi Acka spill tea on her “chemistry” with Zoë Kravitz.

Ackie spoke with people exclusively at the Elle Style Awards at Brasserie Zédel in London on September 9, where the actress, 34, was honored with ELLE’s artist. During the conversation, Ackle opened his special relationship with Kravitz, who directed her in the 2024 Blink twice.

“It’s chemistry, innit?” Ackie says about her connection to Kravitz, 36. “I think Zoë is one of the most creative, smartest, most fun women I have had the pleasure to work with, and we just clicked in a way I can’t really explain.”

She adds, “It’s a shame, who, I wish she lived in London, or I wish I lived in New York, because I would see her so much more often. She’s just so incredibly supportive. She’s a strong person. I wish her all the best. I know she knows the same way about me.”

Ackie previously opened to people in August 2024 on the intense nature of working with Blink twice – A satirical psychological thriller – which recalls that Kravitz and her colleagues created a safe and special sense of society while they were on a set.
