Musicians mourn Grandfather Bruce Dale

• Justin Bieber’s grandfather, Bruce Dale, has died at the age of 80
• In an emotional Instagram tribute, Bieber remembered that his grandfather bought him snacks as a child and “heckling” judge during sporting events
• “I can’t wait to see you again soon in heaven,” Bieber wrote in the caption for his social media post

In an emotional Instagram tribute on Saturday, April 26, it twice the Grammy winner, 31, revealed that his grandfather, Bruce Dale, has died.

Dale died on Thursday, April 24, according to an online obituary From a funeral home based in Bieber’s hometown of Stratford, Ontario. He was 80.

Sharing a Throwback Image Of The Pair Taken In 2009, Bieber Wrote in the Caption of His Post, “Papa, I Always All from Money Lol. I Remember U Specifically Telling Me, Grama Gave U An Allowance of 20 Dollars for the Week! In WOULDS CONWAY CONCEMS Nights. Reluctantly You Always Given It To Me. ”

“Corn nuts, kittles, rubber balls, chucks a puck, slush,” he added. “Shout out to Jr. B-judge Beatty, Fagon, Flanagan LMFAO. To endure all my grandfather Heckling for all your horrible judges call LMFAO. My grandfather was not shy to let them know they were pieces of s–s.”

After sharing some sports memories, Bieber continued his message to his grandfather and wrote: “I can’t wait to see you again in heaven.”

“Until then, I know that you are looking at that I still heckling Beatty or Fagon for missing the cross control call in the corner where LMFAO,” ended the star. “I will miss you. I will work. And I will sit and let myself remember all the wonderful times we have had.”

Photo Bieber chose for its tribute was taken in Ontario in November 2009-only a few days before the 15-year-old pop star released his debut EP My world. In the picture, Bieber can be seen smiling against his grandfather, with his hands placed on his family member’s face.

According to Dale’s death, he died at Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth. He was a husband of Bieber’s grandmother, Diane Dale, and father of Candie Toper, Chris Mallette, Chris Dale and Pattie Mallette – Bieber’s mother.

The right of death also says that Bieber was one of his three grandchildren and Dale was a grandfather of six children totally-inclusive Bieber’s son, JackbluesAs he shares with wife Hailey Bieber.

Bieber’s grandfather made performances in both of the 2011 Never say never and 2020 Justin Bieber: Seasons Docusa series.

Dale often participated in concerts and events for his grandchildren over the years, including the premiere of SeasonsBiebers 2015 Comedy Central Roast and the premiere of his 2013 Believe film.

On one Interview in February 2018 At the steps to the Star Exhibition at Stratford Perth Museum, Bieber’s grandfather had emotionally discussed his grandchild’s career, when he remembers himself and Diane drove eight hours to look at the musician’s “first show.”

“He didn’t know we would come,” Dale remembered.

“I don’t know,” he added when he asked what makes him emotional with Bieber. “It just happens. I can sit and talk to anyone about something, but when it comes to talking about him, I just become emotional.”
