Meghan Markle goes makeup free in sweating and sneakers for interview

“We spend so much of our lives trying to prove something. To prove that you are enough. You have to prove that you are quite enough. You have to prove that you are smart enough,” she continued with emphasis.

“You prove that you are a good wife or a good friend or and I was like,“ I’m just so clear with the proof of that. “And if you can’t see it, I can’t, I don’t have to prove to you why it’s your loss because I know I’m a good friend, and I know what kind of mom I am, and I know what kind of person I am,” Meghan said. “I know how I show up, and I love being able to be that person with the people I love. So dignity, maybe part of dignity comes when you stop having to feel that you are in the proof.”
