Kay shared in the latest issue that the secret because she was so lively at the age of 93 is simple.

“The biggest thing for me is that I don’t stress,” Kay said in the newspaper. “As if you and I were really good friends and, and you talked to me and you had a situation, I would listen to you and I would give you advice and if you didn’t take it, I wouldn’t emphasize it.”
