Matthew Lillard is reminiscent of ‘Scream’ Cast ‘Drinking Like Fools’

Matthew Lillard reflects on their time to film 1996 Slasher Classic Scream -And loses some behind the scenes lurking on the road.

“(The Scream set) was my experience of how college would be, ”Lillard, 55, said about filming in California. “We were a bunch of children running around Santa Rosa. We worked at 18.00 to basically 8 at AM, so we would come out and we would all go to David Arquette’s Rooms and drinks as fools. And we were young. It was an important moment in all our lives; It changed our lives. And we are all friends of this day. So it’s a college experience. ”

Lillard also confirmed that he will make a performance in coming Shout 7Planned to be released in February 2026.

“I have been asked literally 1,000 times a day since the first movie ended if I come back. And I’m happy to report that I am, ”he said.

“I don’t know if you know, but we started shooting the sequence with Drew Barrymore at the beginning of the film, and they finished that sequence and Miramax stopped the production. They were like, “We don’t want to do this movie anymore. We don’t know what it is.”

“It took (director) Wes (Craven) And two of the producers who edit the beginning of the movie together and rush it to New York from Napa Valley for Weinsteins to watch it and go, “Oh, okay, now we get it, go on.” ”

“So we were really just up there and enjoyed ourselves and took a risk,” he continued. “Do what you love to do, and you have no idea what might come from it.”
