An employee of Alabama School has been accused after claiming to admit that she had done Sex with a student on two separate occasions.
According to court documents, 41-year-old Amy Nicole Wigginton was recently accused from Rogersville, Ala. Fox 34.
The newly published court documents claim that Wigginton waived her Miranda rights when they were questioned by the police and admitted that he had sex at the school with a Lauderdale County School District Student “for 19 years” on March 7 and March 31, Per ABC Affiliate It’s 31.
While consent in Alabama is 16, accusations of sexual abuse involving victims up to the age of 18 may be submitted if the suspect is a school employee, per Alabama State Law.

In response to the charges, the Lauderdale County School District gave the following statement to the outlet: “Lauderdale County Board of Education is aware of the charges and the employee has been placed in administrative leave. We will continue to cooperate with law enforcement officials and have no further comment on this issue.”
