A 5-year-old boy was left blurry and shaken after a man on a moped pulled a gold chain from the neck in a brave daylight robbery in the Bronx, the authorities said.

The child walked along Marion Avenue near East 192ND Street in the Fordham section around 15:50 Saturday when the suspect pulled up on a motorized scooter, reached down and removed jewelry before speeding north, NYPD’s press office told People.

Police described the suspect as having a multicolored hat, black jacket and black jeans. He fled on a moped, on his way away from the stage before officers arrived.
