Two men are accused of forcing a minor to perform sex documents in a sauna while on board a Royal Caribbean cruise ship.
Deputies with Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office arrested Jose Diaz, 36, and Ricardo Leal, 37, March 21, when Royal Caribbean independent of the sea docked in Miami, according to arrest declarations obtained by humans.
The two men, both Mexican citizens, are now accused of severe and furry behavior with a minor and moralized a minor in connection with an incident that is alleged to occur on March 20 in the cruise ship’s sauna.
One of the men is also facing an extra cost for sexual battery, while the other is facing an extra cost for not revealing his HIV status for the minors.
The victim claims that the incident happened when he was in the sauna with two “strangers”, Diaz and Leal.
