A man and a woman have been accused after the death of a woman in Cardiff, Wales.

On April 19, South Wale’s police officer confirmed in one press release that a 41-year-old man from Cardiff had been accused in relation to the murder of Paria Veisi, 37. A 48-year-old woman from London is also facing allegations.

The update came after Veisi’s body was found in Penylan, Cardiff. People previously reported that one Man and woman had been arrested After Veisi was last seen leaving his workplace on Saturday, April 12.

“Detective investigating the murder of Paria Veisi has discovered his body at an address in Penylan, Cardiff,” confirmed the South Wales Police in the press release.

The man “has been accused of murder; prevent legal and decent funeral of a dead body and attacks a person causing them actual bodily injury.”

At the same time, the woman has “been accused of preventing a legal and decent funeral of a dead body and conspiring for perverse justice.”

The authorities added that the man and woman showed up at Cardiff Magistrates Court on Saturday, April 19. They both remain in custody and will show up at Cardiff Crown Court on Tuesday, April 22.

“This gives our search for Paria a sad and tragic end,” Senior Investigator, detective, inspector Matt Powell said in a statement. “Paria’s family, everyone who knew her and those in her local community, will be deeply sad and shocked by the latest developments.”

Powell added, “The family’s contact persons continue to support Paria’s family. I would like to thank everyone who has so far come up with information since our appeal began.”

“It will continue to be a detective and investigator of crime sites working in the Penylan area next week,” he said, leaving that everyone with information should contact the police.
